Supervised Contact Visits provide a necessary bridge during the early stages of separation, offering peace of mind to both the court and families. We know how important it is for children to feel comfortable during times of change. That's why we offer community-based visits in familiar locations, providing a sense of normalcy.

Our visitation services

Full supervision

A full one-on-one supervision service. The supervisor remains present with the supervised parent and child/children. The visit can be anywhere such as to the movies or to get ice cream. The supervisor can also pick up the child/children and bring them to the neutral visit location if required.

Supervision by camera

A great way to have a fully supervised visit without the physical presence of a supervisor. A mobile camera will be discreetly mounted in the visitation room and the visit will be recorded and supervised live by a supervisor who remains nearby. If anything contravenes visit guidelines the supervisor can step in to help.

Parent change over

Sometimes the privacy and living location of a parent needs to be protected. Parent changeover supervision operates under stringent guidelines that keep pick-up locations protected. The supervisor will collect the child/children from a designated location or home, drive them to the second parent, and drop them off safely. It can be used for custody changeover or in conjunction with supervised visitations.
